Personally I was wondering earlier on in the video wondering when she would discuss/ask what was known about potential increase of customers due to digital products and the potential reputation gain of being one of, if not, the first digital bank in Greece in this case. Correct me if I am wrong but at 2:15 you mention that the total revenue is 36M = Mkt Share * 1.2B, but the question asks for the Margin NOT Revenue, so you need to multiply by the Profit Margin of 35% to get to 12.6M. Answer A not B.

In your framework you did not consider that output might have been decreased as a consequence of i.e. production issues, which would be a valid reason why revenue has gone down (20 isntead of 21 produced units).

Wouldn’t it also matter how many people in france do have access to internet connection in 2000? Also, would people really choose to go for online shopping? Because client is assuming that customers only visit store for shopping and do not really visit stores for “outing” purpose. Lastly, impulse purchase in store could also be dampened due to limited view of items online. Let me know if I’m thinking in right direction?
